You use the teleport-box to get yourself back down to the ground. Honestly, they really need to invent those! Finding the paper guy isn't that hard, he's just abit down the streat, still handing out papers.
You: How do I get out of the town?
Paper Guy: If you mean you're looking for the central teleporation station, you can get there by taking a taxi.
You: Oh... Alright.
That's not good. You have no money... Now what?
